In a grand celebration of safety and unity, around 5,000 residents will gather in Abu Dhabi this Sunday for a massive human formation to celebrate the city’s achievement of being ranked the world’s safest for the ninth consecutive year. The event will take place at Al Shamkhah Police Grounds, where students, teachers, parents, and community members will form the message: “Congratulations Safest City in the World, Abu Dhabi.”
The participants, primarily from Shining Star, Sunrise International, and Ryan International schools, will be dressed in white as a symbol of peace and unity. This monumental event coincides with the UAE’s 2025 theme, ‘Year of Community,’ declared by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The theme promotes collaboration and togetherness, perfectly aligned with the slogan “Hand in Hand,” emphasizing national solidarity.
The Pudhumai Thamizhachi Women’s Team, UAE, organizes the event, which is presented by Adeeb Group and KR Group in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Police. The human formation aims to enter the Einstein World Records, a prestigious UAE-based record-keeping body. 
Sridevi Sivanandam, the founder of Pudhumai Thamizhachi, expressed her joy, saying, “This is more than just a record attempt. It’s a gesture of heartfelt gratitude to the visionary leadership of this country. Abu Dhabi continues to set an example of what a safe, secure, and inclusive city can be.” She also highlighted the strong community spirit that unites people from all walks of life for this remarkable tribute.
Abu Dhabi’s ranking as the world’s safest city is based on Numbeo’s 2025 Global Safety Index, where it topped the list of 382 cities globally. The city has held this title every year since 2017, thanks to its innovative safety strategies and the strong public trust fostered by the Abu Dhabi Police.
The event is not only a celebration of Abu Dhabi’s safety but also a milestone for community spirit, further strengthening the UAE’s reputation as a global model for safety, security, and unity.
