This summer, aspiring student leaders from across the UAE and GCC can sign up to be part of two action-packed Leadership Bootcamps. Organized by A Learning Lab, the Harvard Business & Leadership Bootcamp (HBLB) and Cambridge tech Lead Bootcamp, will take place in various big cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Qatar and Kuwait, from June 28th.
The two programs are part of a one-two punch of efforts by A Learning Lab after having launched the first-ever Harvard Youth Lead the Change (YLC) conference in 2022 in Dubai. Varun Jain, Founder of A Learning Lab, stressed that the bootcamps provide the students with unique practical experience, with learners being able to develop crucial skills in entrepreneurship, technology and problem solving that will be essential to their academic and professional futures.
The HBLB is designed for high school students and will run for three days, with an emphasis on business and consulting. The participants will also have the opportunity to experience practical exercises, simulations, and mentorship as well as participating in being introduced to entrepreneurship and Careers boost. It will also give students the opportunity to gain experience in industry consulting tools and case studies. 
Cambridge are launching the Tech Lead Bootcamp for people who want to be tech leaders, not just techies.. it’s a unique combination of leadership personal development / training + super current tech. Students will spend three days learning about AI and data-driven decision-making, and agile methodologies — and what it all means for leadership in the digital age. They will also become adept at pivoting in the face of disruptive innovation and pitching business ideas.
Overall, both bootcamps provide a unique experience for students to boost their confidence and skill level will receiving guidance, all under the instruction of professionals within the industry.
