Dubai’s skyline will have another crowning jewel with the announcement on Wednesday of the region’s first Trump International Hotel & Tower. To rise in Downtown Dubai, along Sheikh Zayed Road, the landmark project will have 80 floors of luxury living, hospitality, and a Trump Members-Only private club with views to Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea.
The landmark project is a collaboration between London-listed luxury real estate developer Dar Global and The Trump Organisation. It is their fifth project after the Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman.“Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai is a project that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation,” Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organisation, said in a statement, adding: “We are honoured to partner once again with Dar Global on this landmark development, bringing unparalleled quality and world-class amenities to Dubai’s luxury market.

Trump International Hotel & Tower will have two distinctive penthouses with sky pools, inspired by the Trump Tower Penthouse on New York’s 5th Avenue. These duplexes will have floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Dubai skyline.
Developers added: “With sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa, the property will feature an exclusive resort-style pool dedicated to residents only. Furthermore, residents and guests will enjoy access to the highest outdoor pool in the world, offering an unparalleled swimming experience with breathtaking panoramic views.”
Occupying 80 floors at 350m, the tower will also offer private lounges, personalised service, and other amenities for guests, as well as The Trump, which is a private, members-only club.
