More than 3,000 medical professionals have gone through DUBIMED’s training programmes. Sessions are run by specialists and are designed around the specific technologies clinics are bringing in. This is not box-ticking. A doctor who is not comfortable with a device will not use it well. Getting that confidence built before the first patient appointment is the whole point.
Technical Support
Equipment breaks down. That is a fact of any clinical environment. DUBIMED keeps a team of engineers on hand to deal with it. In Dubai, same-day service calls are standard. For urgent situations, support is available at any hour. Repairs are done with original manufacturer components — not substitutes — which keeps devices running the way they were designed to.
Getting Products Where They Need to Go
The company handles thousands of deliveries each year. Its distribution system runs under Good Distribution Practice standards, meaning temperature and storage conditions are controlled throughout. Dubai clinics can get same-day supply runs. GCC shipments go through regional networks built for the purpose.
Beyond the Sale
DUBIMED works with clinics on how they present themselves to patients — materials, media presence, professional networks. The sale of a device is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one.
