Wizz Air Abu Dhabi is launching a special promotion, offering customers up to 20% off selected flights starting from April 1. This offer is available for bookings made through the Wizz mobile app or the airline’s website until 1:59 AM local time on April 2 (11:59 PM CEST on April 1). The discounted travel period spans from April 28 to June 15, 2025.
WIZZ Discount Club members enjoyed early access to the offer, starting March 31, giving them the same discount on selected flights.
This promotion also coincides with the airline’s expansion, as it introduces new routes connecting Abu Dhabi to Varna, Bulgaria, and Bucharest Băneasa Airport in Romania. Flights to Varna will operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while flights to Bucharest Băneasa will be available four times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. 
Johan Eidhagen, managing director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, emphasized the value of these new routes. “These routes provide travelers with greater choice, unbeatable value, and more opportunities to explore both familiar and undiscovered destinations,” he said. Notably, Wizz Air becomes the only carrier operating between the UAE and Varna, a destination renowned for its rich culture and historical sites.
Varna, often called the “Pearl of the Black Sea,” offers a unique blend of relaxation, culture, and adventure. Known for its golden sandy beaches, the largest Roman bath complex in Bulgaria, and scenic parks, Varna is perfect for those looking to explore a historical yet vibrant destination.
The promotion applies only to selected flights departing from Abu Dhabi International Airport and is available via the airline’s website or mobile app. However, group bookings are excluded from the offer.
