This summer, students across the UAE and GCC will have the chance to participate in two exciting bootcamps designed to unlock their leadership potential. Developed by A Learning Lab, the Harvard Business and Leadership Bootcamp (HBLB) and Cambridge Tech Lead Bootcamp will be staged in major cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Qatar, and Kuwait, starting from June 28.
These programs are the latest in a series of initiatives by A Learning Lab, following the success of the inaugural Harvard Youth Lead the Change (YLC) conference in Dubai in 2022. Varun Jain, Founder of A Learning Lab, emphasized that these bootcamps offer invaluable real-world experience, helping students build essential skills in entrepreneurship, technology, and problem-solving that will be vital for their future careers.
The HBLB, aimed at high school students, will take place over three days and focus on business and consulting. Participants will engage in practical exercises, simulations, and mentorship, while learning about entrepreneurship and career development. The program will also provide hands-on experience with industry consulting frameworks and case studies.
The Cambridge Tech Lead Bootcamp will cater to aspiring tech leaders, combining leadership training with cutting-edge technology. Over three days, students will explore AI, data-driven decision-making, and agile methodologies and gain valuable insights into leadership in the digital age. They will also learn to adapt to disruptive innovations and pitch business ideas.
Both bootcamps offer a unique opportunity for students to gain confidence, enhance their skills, and prepare for higher education applications, all while learning from experts in the field.
